PRECIDENT' CASTLE

History

Cipanas Castle is one of the Presidency Castle, situated at the foot of Mount Gede in West Java, approximately 103 km from the capital Jakarta.

 
Built in 1742 by Governor General William Baron Gustaaf van Imhoff. The idea stems from the discovery of emerging development source temperature of 430 Celsius hot water containing substances belarang and can cure various diseases.

 
The area of ​​the palace complex is 26 acres, of its total, up to now only about 8000m2 are used for building. The rest is pasture, garden ornamental plants, and perennials are arranged as a small forest. Based on the research in collaboration with the Botanical Garden Cibodas-LIPI, there is a collection of 1334 specimens of plants, 171 species, 132 genera and 61 tribes.




BULEUD LAKE


Nature  Tourism Object at West Java

Buleud lake's (round) in area 4 ha located in the middle of town with a backdrop of ancient buildings Kresidenan.
